There has been a groundswell of support for an organization that represents reasoned West Palm Beach homeowners and business owners and reflects their concerns and values when addressing the challenges facing West Palm Beach's future in a positive constructive fashion.
The philosophy of CTG is to maintain a balance that preserve's West Palm Beach's quality of life, supports reasonable and appropriate development, protects home values, and attracts economic growth and redevelopment that fit the character of the communities. CTG is pursuing the balance in preserving the resources of our citizenry - their homes, businesses, tax dollars and potential - by supporting sound and thoughtful growth and redevelopment and challenging unsound proposals and over-reaching developers.
